Non-Governmental Organizations Capacity Building

Civil society, which is defined as the area created by individuals, groups and organizations outside the family, state and market to develop their common interests, and includes very different institutional structures such as associations, foundations, unions, cooperatives, professional organizations, chambers and commodity exchanges, formations and initiatives, is undoubtedly the most important part of the social solution development process.

Non-governmental organizations step in as an important public actor in health, education, employment, environment, poverty and many other areas. They contribute to the development of new policies, the provision of deficient services, the experience of pioneering services, and the making of relevant legal regulations. They successfully implement many projects and campaigns with their new campaign, organization and fundraising methods. Although they are faced with problems such as the limited resources, the support they receive, the legal regulations and their spheres of influence; NGOs continue to be among the leading institutions that carry out studies involving social innovation processes such as new campaigns, service forms, strategy and policy proposals.

As Center for Social Innovation, we are currently working with 45 different NGOs within the scope of many programs we carry out in the field of NGO capacity building. We provide consultancy and application support that NGOs need in a wide variety of areas such as organization, governance, resource development, communication, project development, rights-based studies, stakeholder relations, working with volunteers, financial management, human resources, information and document management.
